New Health & Safety Protocols

freecoat has always gone above, and beyond, the requirements of our State Board regulations and OSHA. We have also implemented some additional precautionary measures which are outlined below.

Please exercise patience and understanding as we all get adjusted to these new guidelines. Rest assured, we take these steps very seriously not only for our protection, but for yours as well! We look forward to seeing you as soon as you feel comfortable. Until then, take care and stay healthy.

We’ve Been Extra
Safe Since Day 1!

We have disinfectant spray throughout the salon. After each service, our stations will be cleaned.

All implements are mechanically cleaned, soaked in hospital-grade disinfectant, and run though a medical-grade autoclave between clients.

Service providers wash hands with warm water and soap before and after each service.

Our pedicure tubs do not contain jets, which are a breeding ground for viruses and bacteria.

All disposable products, such as nail files, are discarded after each use. Clients may take them home for personal use.

We will continue to use our medical grade ventilation system to clean and evacuate air.

All towels used are laundered after use.

Additional Precautions
in Regards to COVID-19:

We follow state guidelines, therefore restrictions vary by studio location. Please call or email your studio location for further details on requirements and precautions.

Manicures will be performed behind a sneeze guard to create a barrier between technician and client. The sneeze guard will be cleaned after each service is completed.

A sign on the door outlines salon protocol. Do not enter the salon until your appointment time. If you arrive early, you may be asked to wait outside if we are at capacity.

We have disinfectant wipes located throughout the salon. Hand sanitizer is available upon request.

Service providers wear gloves for the majority of your service.

Only the client receiving the service will be allowed in the studio. Exception is given to caregivers and parents with children that require parental presence.

Complimentary beverages will no longer be served. We’ll have alcohol, water, and coffee available for sale in individual packaging. You may bring your own beverage and cups. Cups won’t be provided.

All retail products will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes before leaving the salon.

If you are feeling sick or have been around anyone that has been feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment out of an abundance of caution.

Please book online, or via our text to book system, as we are slammed trying to accommodate requests and adjust to our new routine. If you leave a voicemail or email, responses may be more delayed than usual!

And We Need Your Help!

Clients are asked to wash, or sanitize, their hands upon entering.

Every attempt will be made to follow appropriate social distancing protocols.

Temperatures may be taken at the door. If above 100.4+, you’ll be asked to reschedule. Notify us if you’re sick, view our standard cancellation policy. Exceptions will be made at the manager’s discretion.

Out of respect for our staff members, nail techs, and other customers masks are required for all patrons receiving a service.
