MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Freecoat Membership/Subscription (“Membership”) terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Membership (known as a “Member(s)”) and Freecoat Nails franchising, LLC or a franchised affiliate (“Freecoat”) . Freecoat reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures (“Related Rules”) affecting Membership and to terminate Membership or a Member’s Membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in a Membership, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at https://freecoatnails.com/terms-and-conditions/.
Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in the Membership. Monthly fees may vary by location and pricing can be found at the location of purchase. Monthly fees cover a specific set of professional salon services selected in advance by the Member at the time of registration. Members are not entitled to redeem monthly fees for gratuities on services, retail purchases, gift cards, or store credit. Members can use their Membership only at the location the Membership was purchased.
Membership entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following which may vary by location:
The Fully Coated Membership– $199/month
unlimited manicures + pedicures of the following services: The Gel Coat Mani/Pedi, The Quick Coat Mani/Pedi, The Coated Mani/Pedi
(some services may be excluded from unlimited services in the Membership)
includes complimentary gel removal on hands
one complimentary infrared sauna session per week
Keepin’ Em Coated Membership – $159/month
two gel coat manicures per month
one coated pedicure per month AND one polish change OR one gel pedicure
includes complimentary gel removal
one complimentary infrared sauna session per week
Included in all packages:
48 hour free touch-ups / 7 days for The Fully Coated Membership
10% off retail products
10% off additional services
Complimentary service or add on (up to a $50 value during their birthday month)
Any Member-only service pricing and retail product discounts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. Freecoat reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing services, discounts, or other benefits under Membership
Unused services in the Keepin’ Em Coated Membership will roll over for up to 6 months. Any unused services must be redeemed within the last month of paid services or they will expire forever. Unused Membership services do not have cash value and Members are not entitled to a cash refund of unused credits or monthly fees at any time during Membership or upon cancellation.
Membership monthly fees will recur monthly until the Membership is cancelled by the Member, Freecoat nails LLC, or a Freecoat franchised affiliate. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep Freecoat informed of accurate billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.
Memberships are month-to-month. With certain offers, the Membership must be purchased for a minimum of three (3) months, including the payment collected the day of the original purchase and two (2) additional automatic payments. After this period, Membership can be cancelled at any time, without penalty. Memberships must be cancelled via email at the location where the Membership was purchased and requires 30 days notice prior to the next billing date.
Members also agree to allow Freecoat to communicate with the Member via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites, and various other channels. Freecoat may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Freecoat believes may be of interest to Member.
Service cancellation policy:
Same day cancellations or rescheduling of services will result in forfeiting the service, a 50% service fee and 20% gratuity for the technician.
If Freecoat terminates Membership or either party cancels a Member’s Membership, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled Memberships will apply.
